A teaching program from the training of big wave surfers a real physical and mental coaching adapted to your level on the beach, Stand up paddle, Swimming, Stretching, Pilates, Swiss Ball, Indo Board, ..
Our goal is to create a sports support, an accompaniment to well prepare the trainees to the taught activities. The waterman training tries as much as possible to adapt to the elements according to the place where one trains, in the dunes, on the beach, in forest, or in the ocean for example. Stand up paddling, relaxation, endurance, balance and swimming are on the program

SURF EXERCISES (SE) is a specific workout targeting better health and surfing. SE targets balance as the center piece for advanced strength, speed and rotational flexibility to not just inspire a more functional body but to make you surf better.
